Hammertime Cloud ("Hammertime," "we," "us," or "our") provides a cloud-based time, expense, approval, budget, invoicing, and reporting service for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our websites, use our application, contact us, or sign in with Google.
We collect information that customers, administrators, and users provide to us, including names, business email addresses, company names, account credentials, organization and project information, time entries, expense reports, receipts, approvals, comments, billing status, support requests, and other information submitted through the service.
We also collect service usage and technical information, such as login activity, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, error logs, audit logs, and security events.
If you sign in with Google, Hammertime requests only basic profile and email information needed to authenticate you and match your Google account to an existing Hammertime account. We use Google account information to provide login, account security, and user identity features.
Hammertime's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use information to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve Hammertime; authenticate users; administer customer accounts; process time, expense, approval, billing, and reporting workflows; communicate with customers and users; monitor reliability and performance; prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.
We may use customer usage data, audit data, support history, and product telemetry to improve application services, including reliability, usability, workflow design, security, reporting quality, customer support, and product planning. When practical, we use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics and service improvement.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Hammertime, such as cloud hosting, storage, database, email, payment, analytics, security, and support providers. These providers are permitted to use information only to provide services to us or as required by law.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, security obligations, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Hammertime, our customers, users, and others. We may also disclose information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.
Customer Data means business content submitted to Hammertime by or on behalf of a customer, including time, expense, project, receipt, approval, and reporting data. As between Hammertime and the customer, the customer controls Customer Data. We process Customer Data to provide the service and as otherwise permitted by the customer's agreement with us.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and support security and audit requirements. Customers may request account or data deletion by contacting us, subject to contractual, legal, backup, security, and accounting retention requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers and users are responsible for protecting account credentials and using appropriate access controls.
Our websites and application may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the service, remember preferences, measure website traffic, understand product usage, and improve performance.
You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Some requests may need to be handled through your employer or organization administrator if your account is provided through a customer account.
