These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Hammertime Cloud ("Hammertime," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites, hosted application, support, and related services. By accessing or using Hammertime, you agree to these Terms. If you use Hammertime on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Hammertime provides cloud-based tools for business time tracking, expense reporting, approvals, project budgets, invoicing workflows, reporting, and related administrative functions. We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Customers are responsible for managing user access, roles, permissions, account activity, and compliance with internal policies. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
Customers retain ownership of business data submitted to Hammertime, including time, expense, project, receipt, approval, invoice, and reporting data ("Customer Data"). Customers grant Hammertime the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, back up, secure, and otherwise use Customer Data to provide, maintain, support, and improve the service.
Hammertime may collect and use usage data, operational data, audit logs, support history, telemetry, and aggregated or de-identified information to operate, secure, analyze, and improve Hammertime's application services, including performance, reliability, usability, workflow design, reporting, security, and customer support.
If Google Sign-In is enabled, Hammertime uses Google account information only for authentication, account matching, and related security functions. Use of Google API data is also described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use Hammertime to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, abuse trial or billing systems, reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, scrape or harvest data without permission, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
Paid plans, billing terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms are described in the applicable order, checkout flow, invoice, subscription page, or written agreement. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in an applicable agreement.
Hammertime may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including cloud hosting, email, payment processing, analytics, security, and identity providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, or operational information from the other party. Each party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only to perform under these Terms or as otherwise authorized.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect the service and Customer Data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, urgent security work, third-party failures, internet disruptions, and events outside our control may affect availability.
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, if fees are overdue, if use creates security or operational risk, or if these Terms are violated. Customers may stop using the service or cancel according to the applicable subscription or agreement.
Hammertime is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Hammertime is not legal, accounting, tax, payroll, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammertime will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid to Hammertime for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of Hammertime after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
